Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16, when she quit gymnastics. She won her Pro Card just one year later aged 17. This made her one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel put off her pro career for six years to pursue her studies. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. It was the same as when she was in prior competitions, including The Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance continued to compete for a long time and made it a point to set new goals each year. In 2009 she took home four more Fitness titles. The most notable was 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel had to wait 6 years in order to finish her education following her Pro Card award. In October 2015, she returned to the sport to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. Her finish was 3rd during the event. In the summer of 2016 she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the podium at the Olympia and came in 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was pleased to have achieved 6th place in the Fitness Division despite not having any expectations. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her physique year after year. Ariel likes working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups using a machine, and bent-over rows. A typical warm-up is done prior to training. Ariel prefers to make use of every minute. She does this by executing supersettings for all back exercises. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
